Discussion and possible action to enter into a Non-Financial Inter-local Cooperative Agreement between Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program and The City of Laredo for the Laredo Public Libraries. The purpose of the agreement is for Laredo Public Libraries and the Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program to work together toward efficiently and effectively providing educational services to the Head Start Program student population, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
