Discussion and possible action to enter into an End-User License with Maintenance Agreement between Webb County and Jaguar Software Development, at a total cost of Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Forty Three Dollars ($18,243.00) for software for the financial operation of the Webb County Tax Assessor and Collector Office. The term of the Agreement shall be effective upon delivery of the product until either party terminates the agreement, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
