Issue: Department is in need of additional funds in the Postage & Courier Service line item to mail out notices to Guardians of Wards regarding compliance in their Guardianship case.

Solution: Approval of the line item transfer will allocate the fund to cover the postage fees necessary to complete the Guardianship Compliance Project.

Result: County Court at Law II will be in compliance with OCA standards for Probate Docket.
