Discussion and possible action to appoint one Commissioner to represent the Commissioners Court in the County's Audit Committee. This committee is responsible for reviewing the County's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and addressing the External Auditor's Letter to Management. Committee is comprised of the Auditor's Board of District Judges Chairman, County Judge, County Auditor, County Treasurer, County Attorney, Budget Officer, Executive Administrator to the Court, Human Resource Director, Purchasing Director and Risk Manager, Civil Legal Division.
