Discussion and possible action to authorize a twelve (12) month (April 1, 2020 - March 31, 2021) hardware maintenance contract between International Business Machines Corporation and Webb County at a total cost of Four Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Six Dollars ($4,296.00) and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Background:

This is a one year contract, the termination date of 9/30/2020 found on the contract is in reference to the overall contract Webb County has with IBM. Said service is to preserve the IBM server which contains the AS400 data that is no longer being used but needs to be preserved.
