Discussion and possible action to approve the execution of an upgraded Field System Software Maintenance, Warranty and Oracle sublicense Support agreement between Webb County and VOTEC Corporation (VOTEC Election Management and Compliance Systems) in the amount of Forty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Five and Fifteen Cents ($42,955.15) with the Oracle sub-license, plus the sum of Twelve-Thousand Two Hundred Forty Dollars ($12,240.00) for the Field System Software Support for a combined total of Fifty Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety Five and Fifteen Cents ($55,195.15). The payment is for the 10/01/2019 through 09/30/2020 fiscal year support coverage period, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents: and any other matters incident thereto.
