Discussion and possible action to approve the exchange of a K9 Hanna a Belgian Malinois female, which was previously donated by Constable Pct. 3 (Adrian Cortez) to Constable Pct. 2 (Miguel Villarreal), due to retirement, if approved she will be exchanged for K9 Marko, a male German Shepard.

Issue: K9 Hanna has reached her retirement age, and needs to be replaced by another K9.

Solution: Authorization to replace K9 Hanna with K9 Marko. K9 Marko was donated by the U.S. Military at no cost to the County of Webb, K9 Marko has an estimated value of $6,000.00

Result: Cosntable Pct. 2 Department will have a young and energetic K9 on duty who will help deter crime, and assist in making presentations at Elementary schools.
