Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2020-004 "Architectural Services for Quad City Fire Station" to the highest ranking firm Redline Architecture LLC and to further authorize the Civil/Legal Division to negotiate the terms, conditions, and associated fees of the professional services agreement and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Commissioners Court has authorized the Fire Chief to look into expanding and renovating the existing fire station located in Oilton, Texas.

Solution: Formal solicitations for architectural services were secured by the Purchasing Agent. A total of four (4) firms responded to the public solicitation.

Result: Accept the rankings above and award to the highest ranking firm. Authorize Legal to start process of finalizing a professional service agreement with awarded firm.
