Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings listed below and award RFP 2020-007 "Client Tracking Management Software" for the Community Action Agency Department to the highest ranking company CAP60 to collect data to meet eligibility and reporting requirements according to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs rules and to further authorize the Civil Legal Division to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional service agreement and all associated fees; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The agreement with current client tracking system is set to expire. The agency is required to solicit proposals to continue tracking clients through a system software.

Solution: The court authorized the Purchasing Agent to seek competitive proposals.

Result: Approve highest-ranking and best cost proposal to continue application intake through a client tracking system, offering an accurate and timely process for intake.
