Issue: On March 9, 2020, Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to solicit request for professional services for assistance with the conceptual design and layout of the current Tex-Mex parking lot project.

Solution: Accept the rankings as submitted by the Scoring Committee and award to the highest-ranking firm.

Result: Proceed with the highest-ranking firm and finalize a civil engineering service contract in order to proceed with the re-design of the Tex-Mex parking lot project.
