Discussion and possible action to approve the posting and filling of the following (grant funded) slot, subject to any applicable Civil Service guidelines, effective April 11, 2022:

New Slot	Assistant Case Manager	$15.00 (grant-funded)

Issue: A new full-time grant-position providing support to the DWI Court Program is needed to manage and assist with client caseload. According to the federal guidance, the program should serve 55 clients a year, we are currently serving over 75.

Solution: Request authorization by the court for the posting of this position subject to any applicable Civil Service Guidelines. Slot will be funded fully by the current DWI Court Grant without any impact to the general fund for the remainder of the grant.

Result: Filling of full-time slot will assist the DWICP.
