Discussion and possible action to accept and award Request for Proposal (RFP) 2022-001 "Three (3) Year Contract for Vending Machine Services" to the highest ranking proposer, Laredo Vending Co., for both cold beverages & snack machines to be located at Webb County facilities accessible to both County employees and general public in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262, Sub-Chapter C (Competitive Bidding in General) and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Commissioners Court authorized re-soliciting to secure additional vendor participation. A total of three 3 proposals were submitted by deadline.

Solution: Consider awarding to the highest ranking proposer, Laredo Vending Co., for both cold beverage & snacks machines.

Result: If awarded, Civil legal will initiate the terms and conditions of the service agreement and return to Commissioners Court for final approval and execution of service agreement.
