Issue: Two (2) formal bids were submitted for this formal solicitation. Bids received from two local contractors: Romo Contractors, LLC and Quantcorp Construction, LLC. Total base bid with alternates was $437,400.00 and $535,653.00 respectively.
Solution: Consider awarding to lowest and responsible bidder for Base Bid and Alternates and option to select Alternates.
Result: If awarded by Commissioners Court, construction contract preparation would be initiated by Civil Legal. |
