Issue: The speakers and audio system in the courtroom has given the court issues, making it difficult to conduct hybrid court proceedings.

Solution: Transfer money from other line items to be able to make purchase.

Result: A request for some speakers and laptop for the courtroom in order to efficiently provide hybrid hearings.
