Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $15,100.00 to Sherfey Engineering for additional items needed for the Wormser Road Project; and have the County Judge sign any relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #3716-7230-703-432001 (Wormser Road-Professional Services)]

Issue: This Change Order is for additional professional services needed as requested by the City of Laredo and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the Wormser Road Project.

Additional design on TxDOT acceleration lane and concrete Rip-Rap.
Extended construction time over contract period.
New re-design of culverts / drainage at intersection to include grate inlet.

Solution: Approval of new proposed changes.

Result: Approval of change order will continue and finish with project modifications.
