Discussion and possible action to acknowledge and accept receipt of Plan Year End Forfeitures from National Plan Administrators, as per Internal Revenue Code Section 125 (Flexible Spending Plan) for year 2022 in the amount of $34,907.55. [Account #9110-209250-075 (Accounts Payable Other Flexible Spending Plan)]

Issue: These are forfeiture monies from medical reimbursement program not utilized by employees throughout the year.

Solution: Commissioners Court accept the reimbursement from National Plan Administration for diverse administrative utilization and benefit of the employees.

Result: Monies will be available for discretionary use of the court for the benefit of Webb County employees.
