Discussion and possible action to amend contract by deleting the refinishing of the jury chairs and upgrading of the carpet for the Webb County Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 Place 1 Renovation Project; and authorize the County Judge to sign any relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Credit will be of $5,200.00. There will be an upgrading of carpet with Milliken Lyceum Neutral carpet at a cost of $1,850.

Solution: Amend contract to $66,550.00.

Result: Contract amendment will continue and finish with project modifications.
