Issue:
Funds are needed to purchase materials and supplies for our vital statistics records and to cover additional expenses. This includes birth and death certificate paper, marriage license paper, poly envelopes, etc.
Solution:
To seek authorization to transfer funds from the County Clerk Vital Statistics fund balance to cover expenses.
Result:
To ensure adequate funding for materials and supplies needed in the office for our vital statistics records. Any remaining balance will be transferred to the County Clerk Vital Statistics fund balance.
