Discussion and possible action to grant Preliminary and Final Plat Approval to a re-plat of Lot 2, Block 5, Gateway Unit 1 Subdivision into Lots 2A and 2B, Block 5, Gateway Unit 1 Subdivision as described in Vol. 40, Pg. 70-71 of the Webb County Plat Records. Planning staff recommends approval (ID 13392).

Background:

Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations. The purpose of this re-plat is to subdivide a previously platted 12.5-acre commercial parcel into 7.5-acre and 5-acre tracts. There are no proposed public improvements.
