Discussion and possible action to enter into Amendment #1 to the Professional Services Contract for Waterline Extension Design with Ardurra Group, Inc. to provide for surveys (boundary survey map and metes and bounds description for waterline easement) for up to 20 parcels at a cost not to exceed Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00) per parcel and any matters incident thereto, authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [ARPA funding]

Background:

The identification and surveying of certain tracts of land for the alignment of the waterline from the County's water plant to the La Presa La Presa Community Center was not included in the original contract becasue the alignment was unknown at the time of contract execution.
