The 111th District Court hired the Mental Health Court Coordinator in April 2014. Unsure if we would have the position filled before the next fiscal year, we did not previously budget the training needed for this employee. This transfer includes the seminar, hotel and travel fee for a National Association for Court Managers conference held in July. Judge Notzon will also be attending for the first time the Annual National Association for Drug Court Programs conference in May 2014 and this transfer will also cover her travel expenses. The 111th District Court will make the appropriate budget modifications for the next fiscal year.
