Discussion and possible action to correct the minutes of July 22, 2013 for Item #31 under County Attorney (at Comm. Ct. meeting of August 12, 2013) to reflect the purchase of Three (3) vehicles in the amount of $88,996.25, with the option to lease, if financially feasible. The court approved the purchase of the vehicles. The purchase was considered a better option with cost savings and thus was requested by the County Attorney. [Capital Outlay fund #603-0101-8801]

Background:

These three (3) vehicles were purchased on 8/20/2013.

Previous Court Action:

On July 22, 2013 item no.31 the Commissioners Court approved to lease.
