Discussion and possible action to approve the following Slot to be funded from the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) and the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), at a wage of $15.38 per hour, full-time with benefits at 40 hours per week and to be advertised within the department only for the purposes of upward mobility. There will be no impact on the General Fund, effective May 12, 2014.
