Discussion and possible action to create, advertise, approve the posting and filling of Two (2) full-time Slots for Two (2) Case Workers at the wage rate of $10.98 per hour, full time with benefits, to be funded from the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) and the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Programs. There will be no impact on the general fund. Subject to the availability of funds and any applicable Civil Service guidelines, effective May 12, 2014.
