Discussion and possible action to authorize Dept. 7002 Road & Bridge Dept. to set work summer hours for construction crews from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with 1/2 hour lunch; starting June 2, 2014 through September 30, 2014.

Background:

Change in working hours will help R & B crews with the intense heat of summer months.
