Discussion and possible action to issue a “Certificate of Compliance with Plat Requirements” to authorize electrical service connections pursuant to Section 232.029 (c)(2), L.G.C., for an unplatted 2.9154 acre tract of land, more or less, out of and part of Porcion 10, Abstract 280, known as Tract 65, Ranchitos IV Los Minerales Annex, as further described in Vol. 3338, Pgs. 2-3, W.C.R.P.R. (Application ID 3284). Approval limited to Two (2) meters on this tract.

Background:

Current and former state laws have prohibited numerous residential electrical connections due to a lack of water and/or sewer services on the property. As dwellings secure connections to the water and sewer services provided by the City-County EDAP Colonia Water/Wastewater Improvements, connected dwellings are now eligible for those formerly prohibited or denied electrical services.

Previous Court Action:

This request for authorization to connect electrical service to these properties is the result of this property’s connection to water and sewer service through our City-County EDAP project.
