Discussion and possible action to accept the proposed renewal offer for general liability coverage from One Beacon Government Risk (OBGR) for plan year 2014-2015. Offer would cap at no more than a 3% increase to the current rates.

Background:

Insurance Committee met along with the Insurance Agent Mr. Roger Garza, from Valley Risk Consulting to review the offer and counter with a lower offer.
