Discussion and possible action to approve the closeout and acceptance of the Reconstruct, Raise and Repair of the Water and Wastewater Appurtenances and Lift Station Projects located in Rio Bravo, Texas and the release of the 5% retainage in the amount of $38,029.05 to DEH Construction, contingent upon receiving retainage release approval from FEMA. Background:

This Project was a result of flooding due to a rise in the river and was funded by FEMA and the County.
