Discussion and possible action to approve the 2013 - 2014 Program Improvement Plan.

Background:

There were no finding during the 2013 - 2014 Local Self Assessment. The Program Improvement Plan is based on two fiscal recommendations that were NOT findings or non-compliances.

Previous Court Action:

The Program Improvement Plan is approved annually by the Policy Council and the Commissioners' Court and submitted to the Head Start Regional Office with the Refunding Application.
