Discussion and possible action to approve the 2013 - 2014 Community Assessment UPDATE.

Background:

The Head Start Performance Standards mandates that the program UPDATE the Community Assessment for two consecutive years with a full assessment on the third year.

Previous Court Action:

The FULL Community Assessment was updated last program year and approved by the Policy Council and Commissioners' Court.
