Discussion and possible action to solicit quotes and qualifications for professional services to assist in the writing of a comprehensive, strengths-based Early Head Start Child Care partnership grant application that will address each of the evaluation criteria and subcriteria. [Account #903-4211-6083]

Background:

It is expected that a RFP to serve Early Head Start children in partnership with local child care centers will be published on May 20, 2014. This is a highly competitive national grant. It is projected that only five grants will be awarded per state. This request is pending approval from the Auditor's Office as an allowable expense.
