Discussion and possible action to enter into a Sixty (60) month lease agreement between Webb County and Pitney Bowes pursuant to purchasing Cooperative contract Sections 271.101 and 271.02, Subchapter F, Texas Local Government Code, State of Texas contract #985-L1, beginning on June 30, 2015 and ending on June 29, 2020 for postage, postage software and printing services to be located at the Webb County Tax Assessor's Office at a monthly payment of NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($985.00) for a total amount of FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($59,100.00) subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents thereto.
