Issue: Since before the FY 2015 Budget was adopted, our office had originally requested an increase of funds to both our 005 and 009 Part Time Fund accounts. Due to an oversight, the funds were not inputted into their respective line items. The monies requested for Fund 005 were approved through our Archival Plan on September 8, 2014. Please note that Funds 005 and 009 are special funds and their accrued revenues are collected by the Webb County Clerk's Office through all recorded official public records.

Solution: We respectfully request that the Commissioners Court grant the re-approval of the two line item transfers.

Result: With approval of the line item transfers, our current part-time personnel will be able to continue employment until the end of the FY. Any and all changes made through these accounts do not directly or indirectly impact the general fund.
