Discussion and possible action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) and Webb County, to provide vacant office space for an employee of TDHCA at the Colonia Self-Help Center located at 8116 Highway 359; and any other matters incident thereto. There will be no impact to the General Fund. [Requested by Juan Vargas, Executive Director, Webb County Community Action Agency/Economic Development Department]

Background:

The Advisory Board members recommended that Webb County Community Action Agency Self-Help Center Program allow Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) use of vacant office space at the Colonia Self-Help Center at 8116 Highway 359 on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the Regular Advisory Board Meeting with a recommendation to be approved by the Governing Board.
