Discussion and possible action to authorize payment for the Software Maintenance Agreement between Webb County and Journal Technologies (New Dawn) JustWare Prosecutor Software at a total cost of EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY-ONE DOLLARS ($87,241.00) over the term of the agreement, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. Issue: Support and upgrades are needed to continue the usage of the department’s prosecutor software.

Solution: Providing payment for Annual Support and Upgrades.

Result: Webb County will receive support and upgrades as needed.
