Discussion and possible action to amend the professional service agreement with Valley Risk Consulting to include Medical/Pharmacy and Workers Compensation claims auditing in an effort to realize a potential budgetary savings and avoid over-utilization and cost. Compensation shall be determined by a percentage of savings; with further action authorizing the county attorney’s office to execute and finalize all relevant documents with final approval from the County Judge; and any other matters incident thereto.
