Discussion and possible action to award RFQ 2016-54 Drug Court Out-Patient Treatment Provider to Pillar.

Issue: A provider is currently needed to provide out-patient treatment services for substance abuse, and co-occurring psychiatric disorders. This is a best practice standard for drug court programs.

Solution: Solicit a contract for a provider.

Result: The Drug Court program will have a provider to treat the above stated conditions.
