Discussion and possible action to approve a Six (6) month advertising agreement between Creativa Media Group, Inc. DBA Stereo 91.3 and the Webb County Sheriff's Office for an amount not to exceed $4,600.00, effective June 1, 2016 through November 30, 2016, and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [State Forfeiture Funds, Account #168-2001-6707 (Drug Free Campaign)]

Issue: The Webb County Sheriff will utilize multiple sources of media outlets to educate the general public on law enforcement topics.

Solution: State forfeiture funds will be used to secure a 6 month radio advertising agreement with Creativa Media Group, Inc.

Result: Monthly radio spots on a variety of law enforcement topics, such as Crime stoppers TIP program, Cyber crimes, gun safety, and other important topics for public education.
