Discussion and possible action to approve and ratify payment in the amount of $6,095.00 to LNV Engineering,Inc., for Geotechnical Services fees, which were not included as part of the contract amount, on the Engineering Contract for the Colorado Acres-Highway 59 Water Improvement Project. This project was approved in Commissioners Court February 22, 2016. [Account #645-8001-6022 (Professional Services)]

Issue: Water storage and dispenser improvements.

Solution: The Texas Community Development Block Grant received from the Texas Department of Agriculture to improve the plan were utilized.

Result: Water Plant improvements to the Water Plant Facility (U.S. Hwy 59).
