Discussion and possible action to approve the "Early Head Start Child Care Partnership Refunding Application" for the 2016 - 2017 fiscal year in the amount of $749,531 (Federal Share) and $187,383 (Non-Federal Share) for a total amount of $936,914, with a Cost of Living Adjustment for all Full Time employees.

Background:

Webb was provided Child Care funds by the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families through the Award for the purpose of establishing and operating an Early Head Start Child Care Partnership for the benefit of the residents of Webb County, Texas. Per the Award, Webb is authorized to contract with a third party for the purpose of delegating to the third party the responsibility to set up and operate all or a portion of the Early Head Start Child Care Partnership.
