Discussion and possible action, to authorize the Webb County Attorney's office to negotiate and finalize the purchase of one block of real property, Block 213 WD, 1200 Flores Street, Laredo, Texas. Texas Mexican Railway is the seller and Webb County will be the buyer, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents at closing; and any other matters incident thereto.
