Discussion and possible action to approve a budget amendment by increasing revenues and expenditures in the amount of $5,000.00 for new revenues received for the Adult Drug Court program in accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Section 111.07075 (Special Budget for Revenue Received after Start of Fiscal Year). [Requested by 406th District Court; Fund #2736 (Adult Drug Court Program)]

Issue: New revenue receipts received as a result of a contribution from other Law Enforcement Agency

Solution: Appropriate new revenues and expenditures to be used for the purpose of program expenditures.
