Donation of two tracts of land to Rio Bravo

Discussion and possible action to approve a donation of two (2) tracts of land from Webb County to the City of Rio Bravo and described as follows; Situated in Webb County, Texas and being to wit; “The Surface Estate Only” of Lots 89 & 90, Block 1, Rio Bravo Annex Subdivision, a subdivision of Webb County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 9, Page 24, Plat Records of Webb County, Texas, located in the City of Rio Bravo, Texas, for the public purpose of constructing a public park on the property being donated and the adjacent property already owned by the City of Rio Bravo; together with a Deed restriction limiting the use of the property for “public purpose uses only” and a reversionary right to be retained and reserved in the Deed from Webb County in the event that said property is not used for the public purpose intended, and authorizing the Webb County Civil Legal Division to prepare and finalize the documents necessary to complete this donation of property; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
