Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Laredo Independent School District (L.I.S.D.) and Webb County Head Start-Early Head Start Program at Dovalina Elementary. This MOU establishes the terms and conditions under which L.I.S.D. and Webb County Head Start will share in the operation and monitoring of four (4) full day pre-kindergarten classrooms. The term of the MOU shall be for a period of two (2) scholastic calendar years beginning with the 2018-2019 school year through the 2019-2020 school years and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. No impact to General fund. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Head Start Director]
