Discussion and possible action to authorize the Civil Legal Division to negotiate final offer on the acquisition of a drainage easement out of Abst 1624 Of Record On Vol.3, Page 13-A, Survey 107, 9.50 Acres Pt Of Tr 40 of Ranchitos Las Lomas and to close on the property or, in the event final offer is not accepted, to commence eminent domain proceedings; authorizing the County Judge to sign all documents and any incident thereto.
