Discussion and possible action to approve a Contract Extension to Program Year (PY- 2018) Contract #61180002919 ($7,704.00) Community Services Block Grant Program State Discretionary Funds from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, extending Contract from January 1, 2019 till July 31, 2019 and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. This action will not have an impact on the General Fund. [Requested by Community Action Agency, Grant Account #61180002919]

Issue: Approve Contract Extension to CSBG from Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for the Program Year 2018.

Solution: Funds under Discretionary Funds are to be utilized for the development of CAA's Strategic Plan.

Result: To aid Webb County CAA to develop their Strategic Plan.
