Discussion and possible action to approve a budget amendment, by order, for Las Lomas Colonia Drainage project in the amount not to exceed $250,000.00, with additional action to identify available funding within Bond Series 2019; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: After culvert/drainage and land acquisition costs are factored in, the original budgeted amount is insufficient to complete capital project.

Solution: Process budget amendment so that monies are available for all pending requests for payment.

Result: Sufficient funding to complete capital project.
