Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit Requests for Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services for the Mirando City Water Well Project for the design, preparation of construction documents and project oversight throughout the duration of the project in accordance with the Texas Government Code; Chapter 2254 (Professional Services Procurement Act) and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The Mirando City Water Supply Corporation has had numerous "deficiency findings" by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Solution: An increase in water volume by drilling an additional water well and water well system improvements for the Mirando City Water Supply Corporation will address this deficiency finding as per the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Result: The performance of the water system improvements for the Mirando City Water Supply Corporation will address this deficiency finding.
