Discussion and possible action to approve the terms and conditions to a professional service agreement as issued by ARDURRA proposal dated May 3, 2023 for planning, engineering, surveying, construction contract, procurement assistance and construction administration services to successfully complete ARPA Projects # 4, 5, 9, 10, 12, and 13 related to waterline extensions from the Rio Bravo water treatment plant to the community of La Presa, La Presa Community Center, La Presa Water Dispenser and the proposed Fire Station and further to authorize General Counsel to prepare contract and contract amendment and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. This Contract will not have an impact to the General Fund. [Requested by Jesse Gonzalez, Commissioner Pct. 1; ARPA Fund Organization #2703-5205-001]

Issue: Engineering services are required to proceed on planning, engineering, surveying, construction contract, procurement assistance and construction administration services to successfully complete ARPA Projects # 4, 5, 9, 10, 12, and 13 related to waterline extensions.

Solution: Consideration to approve the terms and conditions to ARDURRA proposal dated May 3, 2023 as reviewed and negotiated.

Result: The Court approval will authorize General Counsel to finalize contract and amendment to include any federal contract provisions required and give County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
