Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit Requests for Proposals (RFP) for construction/remodeling work needed in the Tax Assessor-Collector's Office; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: The Tax Office layout currently lacks in functionality and makes it more difficult to conduct the many duties of the Tax Office.

Solution: Secure the services of a professional contractor to allow for some spaces within the office to be modified for better functionality.

Result: Office space and layout will be more conducive for daily activity and customer service.
